We collect information that is strictly necessary to fulfill our operations as a international modeling and creative production agency:

• Model & Talent Applicants: Full name, date of birth, contact details (email, phone, address/location), physical measurements, polaroid/digitals, portfolio photographs, video reels, and social media handles.
• Clients & Scouting Partners: Organization/brand name, contact person name, corporate email address, telephone number, business address, and project requirements.
• Website Visitors: Technical metadata including IP address, browser specification, device information, and usage statistics collected via necessary cookies.

We process your personal data for the following agency purposes:

• Evaluating applications for representation and placement with international clients and partner agencies.
• Managing client booking inquiries, fashion show productions, creative campaigns, and talent casting.
• Communicating regarding contract agreements, booking schedules, and agency updates.
• Complying with statutory accounting, tax, and legal obligations under Finnish law.

Your data is stored securely using encrypted server infrastructures and controlled access permissions. Application records of non-represented talent are retained only as long as necessary for evaluation or subsequent casting consideration, after which they are securely purged. Represented talent and client booking records are retained in compliance with applicable statutory retention requirements.
