3.1 Digital Purchases (Online Classes & Masterclasses)

Masterclass seat reservations and online educational courses can be purchased and paid for directly on the website using available online payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or third-party payment gateways). Access credentials, course materials, or masterclass event tickets are issued automatically via email upon successful online payment completion.

3.2 Invoiced Agency Services (Model Bookings, Media Production & Fashion Shows)

Submitting a request for model bookings, full media production, or fashion show organizing via the website constitutes an initial inquiry and non-binding option hold. It does not constitute an instant purchase or finalized contract.

Upon receiving an inquiry, HÄN Models will coordinate talent calendars, production logistics, and venue scope. We will contact the client within 24 to 48 hours with a formal proposal and quote. A legally binding agreement is formed only when both parties formally confirm the written proposal and quote.

4.1 Digital Products (Classes & Masterclasses)

Online classes and masterclasses must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Prices shown on the website include applicable VAT where required by law.

4.2 Invoiced Services (Models, Production & Events)

Model bookings, media production services, and fashion show organizing are billed via official company invoice.

Unless specific corporate credit terms have been agreed in writing, invoices must be paid prior to the shoot or event date, or strictly according to the due date indicated on the invoice. Clients are responsible for all pre-approved production expenses (travel, accommodation, catering, venue fees, equipment rental) as itemized in the production invoice.

Overdue invoices are subject to late-payment interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act.

5.1 Online Classes & Masterclasses

Due to the immediate digital delivery of online course content, direct digital course purchases are non-refundable once access to the digital portal or materials has been granted.

Cancellations for live masterclass tickets made 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future date. Cancellations made within 14 days of a live event are non-refundable, but ticket transfers to another participant are permitted upon notice to contact@hanmodels.com.

5.2 Invoiced Agency Services (Models, Production & Fashion Shows)

To protect talent schedules, production crews, and event venues, client-initiated cancellations or rescheduling of invoiced services are governed by strict notice windows:

• 7+ Days Notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling (subject to talent/crew availability). Client remains liable for 100% of non-refundable third-party costs already booked (flights, hotels, venue deposits).
• 72 to 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or postponements are subject to a 50% fee of the total agreed booking/production fee, plus reimbursement of all non-refundable third-party costs.
• Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or postponements made less than 24 hours prior to call-time or event start are billed at 100% of the total service/booking fee, plus all incurred expenses.

6.1 Standard Usage License

Unless an extended usage buyout is explicitly negotiated and itemized on the final invoice, booking a model or hiring media production grants the client a limited, standard usage license for one (1) year from the shoot date for digital channels (brand website, social media, e-commerce lookbooks) in the agreed territory.

6.2 Asset Release Dependent on Payment

Under no circumstances may produced images, video assets, event recordings, or marketing materials featuring HÄN Models talent or production output be published, broadcast, or commercially used until the corresponding invoice has been paid in full to HÄN Models Oy.
